Local automotive companies rarely have opportunities to become part of something larger than themselves. Opportunities usually present themselves for companies in the form of vendor booths or exclusive sales. That’s no fun. Imagine being a part of a weekend event that entices all driving enthusiasts in the Midwest. An event that allows people to truly enjoy their car and the people around them.

Welcome, to the River Valley Road Rally. 

River Valley Road Rally is inviting you and your company to participate in our rally schedule for 2023. Our iconic River Valley Road Rally event is returning for its seventh year and continues to be built to challenge even the most experienced drivers and co-pilots alike.

The River Valley Road Rally offers a truly unique experience over every hill, under every overpass, and around every bend. This event is not limited to those who are well versed in road rallies, but aims towards those who seek the adventure of a path less traveled. From the hand curated route and checkpoint locations to the exclusive gear, The River Valley Road Rally experience is unlike any other. 

What does it mean to be a Road Sponsor?

Becoming a Road Sponsor is more than just your name on a flyer; it’s on the car. This opportunity offers not only digital advertising space via the various social media platforms that River Valley Road Rally exists on, but also offers each Road Sponsor placement of their personal business logo on each of our participating teams vehicles across either event.

In addition, each Road Sponsor will receive the following:

  • Company logo placed twice on all rally participants’ vehicles

  • Business listed on event tee as official Road Sponsor

  • Business logo included in and business page tagged on all social media outlets in relation to River Valley Road Rally Including Facebook, Instagram, Website, Flyers, and marketing materials. 

  • Social Media outreach to your company or product

  • Invitation to After-Party for either event.

  • Entrance Fees waived for 1 vehicle of your choosing ($610-$795 fee)

  • Ability to host an event or checkpoint along the route. 

  • Logo placement on Staff ID Badges.

  • Ability to network with and promote business amongst the various participants. 

  • Additional bespoke opportunities discussed with you throughout the approval process.

We encourage you to participate in this rally as its first six years were a comprehensive success with each year growing over the previous. After six years of continuous growth, participants continue to rave about their experience and River Valley Road Rally proudly displays the 5 – star rating. Availability for sponsorship is extremely limited. If your company is interested in participating, either through sponsorship or personal, please fill out the form below. 

Please note, only 15 businesses will be approved for sponsorship across both events. Approval on business will be dependent upon their experience, attitude, and willingness to collaborate with participants of the rally. We prefer genuine connections.


A 100% deposit, completed form, and signed event waiver are required to secure your registration. No refunds available after April 15, 2021 or 3 weeks after sending in registration after March 1, 2022.
